After the sudden loss of my brother Regis, I decided to write. I needed to cry out to GOD, to understand, to externalize this indescribable feeling that lay deep inside me, to simply survive. This book is for anyone who needs to overcome this difficult separation from a loved one. Please note that I don't pretend to summarize the stages of grief here, and I personally believe that there is no such thing as a typical grief. The aim of this booklet is to revisit, in the light of the Gospel, the states we experience when we lose a loved one, in order to find the balm we need to soothe our hearts. « Why do you despair, my soul, and groan within me?
